Customer Service Tech Support - north Austin
Great summer jobs available at a call center customer service client in north Austin (Wells Branch Parkway, between Mopac and IH35):
Pay rate: $10/hr
1-3 months duration
40 hours/week
Hours: 7:00AM to 9:00PM, Monday – Friday and 9:00AM to 6:00PM, Saturday
Must be 18 years old
Duties:
Customer Service Agents will be talking to mostly senior citizens regarding their jitter box phone, which have a button that does not work, so they have to mail that phone to a service center.
Requirements:
1- This assignment requires excellent listening skills, patience, and a clear speaking voice
2- Basic computer skills required.
3- We will be conducting group interviews of 10 people per group this week
4- Testing required:
a- Typing: 20 WPM is minimum
b- Basic spelling: 60 is minimum
c- Listening Skills: 70 is minimum
